The best part in Singapore is the Multi-Racial way of living in harmony despite the racism remarks, but always believe that there are still people of other races who is kind and caring! And those people, are the people with the purest of hearts.

Narrated By Abdullah bin 'Amr : The Prophet said, "Al-Wasil is not the one who recompenses the good done to him by his relatives, but Al-Wasil is the one who keeps good relations with those relatives who had severed the bond of kinship with him."

Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System PWCS is one of the HDB Greenprint project to create a sustainable yet promote an environmental living space for our public housing. It has been a full swing for PWCS to be implemented to the newer BTO projects.
Most projects will share the same ODI bunker room whereby it centralised the system to all say 2-5 contracts. This too, arise questions on the waste management if there's mishap or malfunction to the bunker. Thus, it is crucial for our M&E team to re-look and prevent such cases to happen. However, this is a great step for HDB to actually move forward. And with this innovation, I too hope for our nation to go green.

A friend bought this for me, from Madina. Mashallah! How badly I missed our Prophet Muhammad! Upon hearing my friend who called me last minute, stating that he will be departing to Saudi to perform his pilgrim, I was beyond thrilled, happy and excited for his journey. We were friends when I first started working in Surbana. He is pretty old. He became sort of, my "Uncle". Hahaha. I was so proud of him for making such a great move to perform his Umrah. Mashallah! It is his calling. Alhamdulillah.

It's more to contentment. When we are contented with what we have, Inshallah everything else falls into place. Being stressed out with the wedding preparation, I have learnt to be contented. Alhamdullilah despite with all the stresses and pressures, with work and home. I will try to juggle it well. And when I met the targets of what to achieve has been fulfilled, therefore I am very well said, therefore happy.

Placing my beloved sewing machine table at his house makes me baffled! Hahaha, Le Fiancee nailed at the side to hang his hair dryer. I don't know if I should applaud for the creativity or have my heart cracked due to the damage he has done. Hahaha. Pretty amazing that I have such a spot on partner for the rest of my life, Inshallah.

“Eat Breakfast Like a King, Lunch Like a Prince, and Dinner Like a Pauper”
Tallmadge quoted, "I believe people are more likely to maintain their health if they eat this way. And there's a lot of research that backs this up, particularly how not skipping breakfast has a positive effect on weight."

We tried on the mask by Sand & Sky. It was first presented to me by a girl friend whom I told her that, as I aged I felt that my face became weirder and she bought me one bottle to try it out. Since I'm nearing my big day, I tried my all means to have a flawless face, but NOT! Hahaha. Damn, getting older is hard. Everything slows down. Tsk.

To change can be hard but to remain steadfast is even harder to do.
To change, we might need to fight external forces that might prevent us from changing but to remain steadfast, we must fight our own inner demons to prevent us from going back to the old ways.
Fadalah ibn Ubaid reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings upon him said, “The one who strives in the way of Allah, the Exalted, is he who strives against his soul.”

I love where I am. I am thankful for Allah made me strive harder to get where I should be. Alhamdulillah. I am thankful that I didn't give up hope each and every time life didn't turn out the way I wanted it to be. I am thankful that Allah has guided me each and everyday. Alhamdulillah.
I am really glad to have colleagues who is striving as me, as well. Alhamdulillah.

Who made the call to that night prayer (tahajjud)? It was Abdullah ibn Mas’ud. He was he who had the honor of announcing this prayer throughout his life. Abdullah ibn Mas’ud was the first to witness the spiritual Sun – our Prophet (saw) – rise every morning before the physical sun rose.
Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, the close Companion who welcomed the first glimpse of the Prophet (saw) each morning would be the one to witness the very last look, before the curtain fell – never to be raised again. After many days of sickness, the Prophet (saw) lifted the curtain between his home and the sanctuary, and addressed his Companions, ‘I give you peace.’ The Companions were in prayer at the time, and were seized by the desire to run to their Beloved. He (saw) told them to stay in prayer. But Abdullah ibn Mas’ud said: ‘The prayer could be repeated, but that look I couldn’t miss. I looked at his face and it was like a page of the Qur’an.’
It’s clear that Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud was not talking about the physical page upon which the Qur’an was transcribed. What physical resemblance would the Prophet’s (saw) countenance have with the leathers or papyrus which hosted the Word of God at that time? Rather, he was talking about the light of the Qur’an, that light that emanates from the Word of God, and is visible to those who have clear vision. That light was the light he saw on the Face of his Beloved.
The light of Qur’an is the light of eternity, not of black-inked letters. Light is light. Abdullah ibn Mas’ud was an expert of that light as well – the Qu’ranic light. It was Abdullah ibn Mas’ud who recited the Qur’an for the Prophet (saw): for, even though the letters of God were engraved in his heart, the Beloved (saw) would ask to hear the Word of God recited in the voice of someone else, in order to experience its beauty in yet another way. And that someone else was Abdullah ibn Mas’ud. The Prophet (saw) would say: “Recite to me the last thing you learned.” Abdullah ibn Mas’ud said that one time, in response, he started reading from Surah al-Nisa (The Chapter of Women) [in another narration it was al-Nahl (The Chapter Bees)], until he reached the verse: “and when we will call from each nation their witness, and we will call you as a witness for that nation.” Hearing these words, the Messenger (saw) wept. His tears flowed, flowed, flowed. Everytime he (saw) recited or heard the Qur’an, he (saw) lived a new experience of Revelation.
In this love between the Prophet (saw) and Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, we witness the way in which the Qur’an that is recited is a rope connected to the Qur’an that is revealed.

Mak and Bapak.
I prayed that we will somehow meet in Jannah, Amin. Your son is in good hands, Alhamdulillah. Thanked Allah for having Uncles and Aunties to be able to help out for our big day. Alhamdulillah. Inshallah, my parents will dote on him as their children. And for the both of us to continue, your legacy. Amin.
