CDB area isn't for me.

I can never understand how people able to live through their days behind desks and bounded. Maybe I'm just used to moving about. And maybe the kind of your neighbour girl who loves differently and value things in certain perspective. With people surrounding me with pointy heels and snobbish behaviour, wow! It just makes me feel thankful to be where I am now. An average plain Jane.

This, brings a lot of fond memories. Of how I've started my journey. It's not that I had it worst, it was actually the start of something to where I am now. Those long working hours, burning weekends and amazing girlfriends! It was an experience that values friendship, hardship and time.

Technology, they said.
But what would they do, when our body aches?

You came into my life unexpectedly. And when I wasn't looking. But I know our lives was written, so magically and beautifully by the creator. And all that matters is that we work together for the better, for better tomorrow and Hereafter.

Sometimes you distant yourself from people
because you felt alienated.

And that's ok.

Not. :(

Chapter 22
Did you know?

1. God listens to the pleads of wives.

“God has indeed heard (and accepted) the statement of the woman who pleads with thee concerning her husband and carries her complaint (in prayer) to God: and God (always) hears the arguments between both sides among you: for God hears and see (all things).” Quran 58:1

So don’t air your complaints or grouses to others who can’t help you, as that might make matters even worse. Do not publish your complaints on Facebook or any other social networks as marriage sanctity is scared and a wife should never reveal secrets of the marriage to outsiders. We shouldn’t be airing our dirty laundry in public.

4. The merit of performing one solat in Masjidil Haram is equivalent to one hundred thousand prayers, the benefit of performing one solat in my mosque (Masjidil Nabawi) is equivalent to one thousand prayers and the benefit of performing one solat in Masjidil Aqsa is equivalent to five hundred prayers.” (Ahmad and Ibn Majah)

9. Insha Allah comes from the Surah Al-Kahf verse 23-24

“And never say of anything, "Indeed, I will do that tomorrow”-

Except (when adding), "If Allah wills." And remember your Lord when you forget (it) and say, "Perhaps my Lord will guide me to what is nearer than this to right conduct."

10. How to take wudhu or ablution is from Surah Al-Maidah verse 6

“O you who have believed, when you rise to (perform) prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful.”

11. Solat will save us from the torture in the grave. Prophet s.a.w said “When a corpse has been buried and those who attend his funeral have yet to return home, the Angels Munkar and Nakir will appear before him. If the person is a good Muslim, all of his good deeds will protect him - his solat will approach his head, his zakat to his right, his fasting to his left and his other good deeds will move to his legs such that nothing can get near him until Angels have to question him standing from afar.”

Today I've learnt that what you thought is good or real to you, may be unlike wise. This could happen to your relationship to your partner, family or friends and even your colleagues and bosses too. You might think that you did good enough, or you mattered to them.
But you don't. To them, it is never enough.

Kind of a bit of devastated when being turned down. I thought I mattered to them as much as they mattered to me. But I guess I was wrong. I was wrong. But I learnt something.

Just move along.

Even though my job scope doesn't require me to equipped myself with structural knowledge, I feel contented to able to learn it still. Alhamdulillah. People called me crazy for renewing my RTO license. I don't see why this bothers them and I truly believe that it is never a waste to renew my license. This could be a great back up plan in case of any emergencies. Moreover, I strongly agree that knowledge is never ending. And yes, I could widen my networking skills!

Ibn al-Qayyim (Rahimahullah) narrated:
It is reported that in Egypt, there was a man who would maintain the mosques, making the call to prayer, etc. He was, by all outward means, an obedient person and devout worshipper.
One day, as he usually would, he ascended the minaret to make the call to prayer. At the base of the minaret, there was a Christian woman standing. He saw her, and was seduced by her looks. So, he descended the minaret, went to her, and entered her home. She said to him: “Who are you, and what do you want?”
He replied: “I want you.”
She said: “Why?”
He said: “You have enslaved my eyes, and you have captured my heart.”
She said: “I will never answer your desire in a doubtful or suspicious manner.”
He said: “Ok, so, I will marry you, then.”
She said: “You are a Muslim, and I am a Christian. My father will never allow me to marry you.”
He said: “So, I will become a Christian.”
She said: “If you wish to do so, go ahead.“
So, the man became a Christian in order to marry this woman, and lived with the woman’s family in her house. Later on that day, however, he was on the roof of the house. He fell from the roof and died without even having enjoyed his new bride. So, he lost the woman, and he lost his religion.”

The Big Three: Islam, Iman, & Ihsan

Scholars consider Islam, Iman and Ihsan the three stages in the path towards Allah (swt). The first path is you force yourself and bring yourself to do those actions which you know that Allah wants you to do. The second level is iman where you are not only doing those actions, but you are strengthening your relationship with Allah (swt) and you’re beginning to taste the sweetness of your relationship with Allah. The third level is the level of Ihsan, which is to worship Allah as if you see Him, and even if you cannot see Him, to know that He sees you. So, you are moving in this path, this journey, towards the Divine. And in doing so, it’s getting more and more intense.
