Being in this industry has thought me a lot of things. To be kind to people, just about anyone. Be it the young or old, as well as different races and religions. Doesn't matter where we come from. All I know is that we all are in for the same thing, to get the work done. Therefore, we exercise safety and care. And not forgetting health as well as better ourselves with knowledge.

And most importantly, is the respect we have for one another. And being a female in this industry, I am so glad I am working in Singapore. It is safer and yes, I am that handful of a woman with the ability to endure the heat, dusty, noise and men. And that, makes us special. =)
